- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
Due to product analysis and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Opened AirPods Cases & Accessories – Hygiene and product integrity
- Customized or Personalized Items – Made specifically to customer specifications

Return Process – Step by Step

- If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference
