Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process – Step by Step

1. Initiate Your Return Request

2. Receive Return Authorization
   Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
3. Package Your Items
   Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return
   Ship the package to our returns center at:

   We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
5. Processing & Refund
   Once received, we will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

1. Follow the same return process outlined above
2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you prefer an exchange
3. Specify the replacement item you would like
4. If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference
5. If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
